N2 Media is fundamentally changing how local, state, and regional news is reported and how it will be distributed. The existing local news business model is irrevocably broken and despite many attempts to remake newsrooms into subscriber- or donor-supported companies, the revenue simply isn't there to sustain the breadth and depth of reporting necessary to sustain local news. We are about to challenge and change that model forever.
