For more than 4 decades Nabiqasim Group has been setting the standards of excellence in pharmaceutical manufacturing and providing high-quality products and services to its clients across the globe and about a decade ago launched a new company by the name of Surge Laboratories (Pvt) Limited with a vision to provide high-quality products as well as introduce latest technologies in Pakistan. Therefore, initially, it started with parental products range manufactured at state of an art cGMP compliant manufacturing facility situated at Sheikhupura (near Lahore) having independent sterile sections for liquid injectables & Cephalosporin dry powder injection.
Surge Laboratories a few years back acquired the latest microencapsulation technology from Germany and developed a segregated section in which various microencapsulation operations like Taste Masking of bitter API’s, Modified Release Coating, Moisture Protective Coating, Pellet Coating, & Enteric Coating are being performed under strict cGMP compliant conditions on a commercial scale.
The company also has a dedicated micro-encapsulation development lab where our dedicated team is working for the development of new formulations for taste masking of various bitter molecules as per the requirement of our customers on self-contained lab-scale equipment.
