About nabo
nabo is a Danish non-profit organization, whose mission is to foster a fællesskab of belonging in Denmark. We design both digital and physical spaces where everyone who wants to can come together as a caring community, offering mutual support and sharing with one another.
The idea of nabo was born in 2024, based on a question: If many of us are feeling isolated and are longing for a caring community… what’s stopping us from turning to our neighbors for connection? What might help us step out of the cycle of isolation and start neighboring one another? nabo is a social experiment working to answer these questions.
