About NAIOP Georgia
NAIOP Georgia is one of the largest chapters with over 500 members. Membership is comprised of developers, owners, managers of or investors in industrial, office, healthcare, mixed-use or related commercial real estate developments. These professionals are brought together through a series of networking opportunities and educational programs that discuss research, legislation, trends and innovations impacting responsible commercial real estate developments.
NAIOP's mission is to provide the commercial and industrial real estate industry with a visionary, beneficial and responsive association. We provide member education, facilitate communication, foster business opportunities and promote effective public policy. The Association is committed to improving the professionalism of the individual, the image of the industry and the quality of life in our communities.
As one of the industry's leading think tanks dedicated to conducting research assessing the trends, economic viability and needs of the built environment, NAIOP provides communication, networking and business opportunities for all real estate related professionals; presents a forum for continuing education; and promotes effective public policy, through its grassroots network, to create, protect and enhance property values.
