About NAIS
NAIS is an Italian SME, ICT, with a consolidated presence in Aerospace and Defense, whose growth strategies are based on the development of skills, applications, infrastructures and services. The transversality of the software also allows its use for other markets such as: Critical Infrastructures and Cultural Heritage, Emergency, Transport, Maritime, enabled in particular by the Earth Observation, Navigation and Telecom services.
The company's development strategies start from innovative R&D projects, the industrialization of products and their marketing, both as user services and as business models. This process allows continuous training of the employees who, together with the development methodologies and a "sw factory" infrastructure, evolved and consistent with the needs and reference standards, allow to support customers with forms of co-responsible collaboration and specialized consultancy .
Therefore, an innovative SME, which bases its growth on the driving force of the development of skills and technologies, on meeting the needs of Users and on the involvement of collaborators in the innovation process. These tools allow NAIS a modern, flexible and very efficient setting for development activities, consolidated on important projects and with customers of primary importance; NAIS external and internal collaborators can operate effectively, sharing these tools from distributed offices (from the NAIS office in Rome, from that of Naples, from Customer offices or from smart working).
To pursue the mission objectives, NAIS makes use of a network of external capacities, for complementary technologies and skills, through specific and structured collaborations with partners functional to its objectives (research institutes, SMEs, start-ups, universities, consultants) who, to date, moves a total of about one hundred people on the fronts of corporate interest.
