About Nature Bathing (遊沐)
A social enterprise which offers Nature-based Wellness programs for urban citizens to enhance well-being and promote sustainability, serving over 15,000 people with various experiences. Science has proved that spending just 20 minutes in the woods leads to a drop in stress hormones. We work with listed companies, schools and non-profits to leverage nature to enhance the well-being of individuals, ranging from children to adult.
