About NAYLDIS
NAYLDIS (Next African Youth Leaders for Development, Impact and Sustainabiility) is a registered youth-led and youth-serving nonprofit organization dedicated to nurturing the leaders of tomorrow. Our projects are designed focusing on the critical areas.
Leadership and Civic Engagement: We focus on developing ethical and responsible young leaders and strengthening civic participation at the community level. NAYLDIS emphasizes leadership training, mentorship, and the animation of active youth communities to encourage citizen engagement, local governance, and social responsibility.
Education, Personal Development and Employability: We create a continuum from access to education to successful integration into the labor market. It includes foundational skills development, employability preparation (such as internships and career readiness workshops), internships and jobs placements, digital and professional skills training, and targeted inclusion of marginalized groups, particularly young women.
Entrepreneurship and Socio-Economic Innovation: NAYLDIS supports young entrepreneurs through entrepreneurship training, access to finance, mentorship, and investor orientation. This area also integrates social and environmental innovation, recognizing entrepreneurship and social enterprises as key drivers for sustainable economic solutions to local challenges.
Community Development and Sustainable Impact:This area targets high-impact community initiatives such as access to water, renewable energy, women’s economic empowerment, and other locally driven solutions. It mobilizes trained youth and partners to deliver tangible improvements in living conditions and promotes scalable, replicable model.
