NC State Office for Faculty Excellence

The Office for Faculty Excellence (OFE) promotes faculty success in every career stage by offering professional and leadership development programming, interpreting policies related to faculty employment, and supporting faculty awards and recognition.

Programming includes certificates and workshops to help faculty enhance teaching and scholarship, annual events including Institutes, the Conference on Faculty Excellence, New Faculty Orientation and the Celebration of Faculty Excellence. The OFE also develops programs for academic leadership development and support for applying for prestigious awards.
