In 2023, NCM completes the acquisition of HTC’s shares, becoming a single industrial group. This milestone allows for greater integration and is a further boost for growth.
Our sister company is where we perform the special processes such as HVOF, Plasma, EBW, Brazing, Vacuum heat treatment.
All this allows NCM to supply fully integrated and complex products enforcing our position on the market and setting NCM as a preferred supplier for our Customers.
