About NCyTE Center

The National Cybersecurity Training & Education Center is located at Whatcom Community College and funded by the National Science Foundation. The Center's mission is to improve the quantity and quality of cybersecurity/information assurance (IA) workforce. Consortium members collaborate to share best practices, methodologies, curricula, course modules and materials and provide faculty training and support to schools seeking to develop a cybersecurity/IA curriculum. National Cybersecurity Training & Education Center (NCyTE) sponsors student competitions, internships, curriculum and professional development.
