Necessity Housing

Necessity Housing is a registered Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) provider through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We work closely with SIL providers and government organisations to assist with the delivery of approved SDA houses for NDIS participants. We cooperate with builders and architects to design purpose-driven homes to meet the requirements for NDIS participants. We provide property management and maintenance services for all SDA properties, ensuring our client’s investments remain compliant with all relevant government agencies.
