About Nerve Tumours UK
For over 45 years, Nerve Tumours UK has provided support and information to the 26,500+ people in the UK who have Neurofibromatosis (NF), the medical name for a set of genetic conditions that cause tumours to grow on nerve endings: Neurofibromatosis Type 1, NF2-related-Schwannomatosis and Schwannomatosis.
Nerve Tumours UK sees a future in which the needs of everyone within the NF community are met, so our mission is to improve, serve and celebrate the lives of anyone affected by NF, as well as their wider support network. We’re here to improve lives for people with NF, by ensuring they have access to all the help they require, while campaigning and raising awareness and understanding of the conditions.
We seek to be the UK’s authoritative voice on Neurofibromatosis.
