Much different than wireless technologies that support mobile phones, which can lose connectivity when moving from cell site to cell site or satellite that travels thousands of miles to space and back, NewConnect provides dedicated access from the customer site to the nearest Internet backbone. Most Internet failures are due to buried cable being damaged. NewConnect's fixed wireless bypasses all underground facilities for high performance and true redundancy.
