NILE aims to help start-up and small business owners, agencies, and organizations deliver digital services to their target clients. These services include administrative, recruitment, sales, and digital marketing. We do not treat our services simply as a task/assignment given by our clients, instead, but treat them as valuable factors in determining the future success of our client's business. In short, we think long-term and we care for the direction of our client's business.

NILE's main inspiration to establish the brand is her hunger for growth---growth for her professional career, growth for her soon-to-be team, and growth for the future clients' business. To simply put, NILE wants to achieve growth that is sustainable for all parties involved.

What sets NILE apart?
Nile, the brand personality, has both experiences being a virtual assistant and a manager. As a VA, she is doing almost everything for her client, from customer service, sales, lead generation, appointment setting, to marketing. As a manager, she has handled and led agents and resolved client concerns. Having this personality behind NILE is a big advantage because we understand the needs of both the VAs and the clients. Although our brand has just started, our experience has been well-built for many years already.
