شرکت داده پردازی نیلرام توسط جمعی از متخصصین مجرب درحوزه فن آوری اطلاعات ، مالی ، اداری ، صنایع و بازرگانی در سال 1389 تاسیس گردید
هسته اصلی این شرکت در قالب بخش خصوصی از سال 1382 فعالیت حرفه ای خود را درمجموعه تولیدی و بازرگانی شاخصی در صنعت فلزی، آغاز کرده و با بهره گیری از تجارب مثبت خود توانسته در حوزه صنایع و بازرگانی مجری چندین پروژه موفق در زمینه فن آوری اطلاعات باشد . همگام با توسعه ساختارهای تحت وب، از سال 1385 این مجموعه نیز با استفاده از تکنولوژی های برتر دنیا توسعه ساختارهای خود را بر این مبنا بنا نهاد واز سال 1389 به شکل رسمی با مجموعه نرم افزاری تحت وب وارد بازار فروش نرم افزارهای برنامه ریزی منابع سازمانی شده است

Nilram Data Processing was founded in 2010 by a group of experts in the fields of information technology, finance, administration, and trade and industry. The main core of the company started its professional career in 2003 in one of the most successful manufacturing and commercial groups in the private sector and has been the contractor in several successful projects in the field of information technology by taking advantage of their positive experiences in the field of industry and commerce. Since 2006, along with the growth of web-based structures, the group built the development of its structures upon the web platform by using the world's top technologies and officially entered the market of ERP software programs in 2010 with its web-based software suite.
