About StoryConnect

StoryConnect – Stories as the Key to Complex Challenges

At StoryConnect, we help organizations better understand and navigate complex challenges. We embrace a complexity-informed approach, recognizing that true insights don’t come from simple answers, but from acknowledging the rich, layered reality of lived experiences.

Our clients bring us a wide range of challenges, such as:
   •   How can we make family-centered care better aligned with the daily lives of parents and children?
   •   How do we uncover lifestyles and needs of people with rare diseases to provide the right support?
   •   How can we improve work environments and collaboration within organizations by amplifying employee voices?

Together with our clients, we design a tailored StoryCycle, adapted to their specific situation. We build on existing organizational knowledge and combine it with the power of lived experiences. Our methodology, rooted in Participatory Narrative Inquiry (PNI), allows us to reveal patterns and dynamics that lead to meaningful, sustainable improvements.

Through the StoryConnect Academy, we share our knowledge and skills, empowering organizations to work with stories themselves. Our training programs, such as StoryStart and StoryWorks, equip professionals with the tools to apply narrative methods effectively for innovation and reflection.

For over 15 years, we have been guiding organizations in healthcare, well-being, and workplace development, using stories as a catalyst for change.
