North Shore Community Health provides excellence in comprehensive, accessible, and affordable primary care to residents of all ages in the North Shore, Cape Ann, and surrounding areas. The mission of NSCH is to build healthy communities by providing exceptional care to all.

NSCH provides high quality, comprehensive primary care through board certified Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. NSCH also provides Dental and Behavioral Health services. Patient visits are offered in four locations: The Salem Family Health Center, the school-based health center at Salem High School, Peabody Veterans Memorial High School, the Gloucester Family Health Center and the Peabody Family Health Center.
