NTCenter is a private research and innovation development institute operating from Sofia, BG. Our strategic focus -- in the domains of education, information manipulation and cognitive resilience -- is on detecting and addressing emerging issues and threats that have the potential to negatively affect social systems and to provide counteracting strategies and toolkits based on the grasp of the various mechanisms of human cognition. To do this, we: > design and develop solutions addressing a wide range of specific needs of the education systems in Europe, including media and information literacy, critical thinking and citizenship education > analyse and propose pragmatic solutions based on cognitive science, neuroscience, psychology, cognitive linguistics, AI technology, cultural studies > monitor and analyse disinformation campaigns, irregular/cognitive warfare and hybrid threats, foreign information manipulation and interference, conspiracy theories, evolving narratives As an organisation, we have: > a wide and well integrated professional partnership network across Europe > an agile and multi-disciplinary team of researchers and analysts, academics and practitioners
