NTH Solutions is majority owned by North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust (NTHFT), and provides Estates, Facilities and Procurement services to the Trust across its sites at North Tees University Hospital, Hartlepool University Hospital, Peterlee Community Hospital, the One Life Centre in Hartlepool, Lawson Street Health Centre in Stockton, the Tees Valley Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) in Stockton, and a broad range of community-based services. This includes provision of domestic services, security, catering, Porters, estate and facilities maintenance teams, decontamination services, procurement and supply chain management, health and safety, quality assurance, property management, commercial real estate design and development, and a range of corporate services. Its minority shareholder is Northumbria Healthcare Facilities Management (NHFM). NTHFT is part of the University Hospitals Tees (UHT) Group.
