About Ntha Foundation
Ntha Foundation is an education trust [501(c)(3)] dedicated to empowering youth across Africa through creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
With a focus on creating opportunities for university students and graduates; the Foundation was established by Nthanda Manduwi in 2018, and it is built on the belief in the ripple effect of empowering individuals to drive sustainable change in their communities.
Nthanda recognized that many young Africans face challenges transitioning from education to meaningful employment or entrepreneurship due to a lack of mentorship, resources, and practical skills. The Ntha Foundation addresses this gap by equipping students and graduates with the tools they need to succeed in today’s dynamic global economy.
Through flagship programs like the Nyenyezi Entrepreneurship Fellowship and the M'mawa Apprenticeship, the Foundation provides tailored support for young entrepreneurs and professionals.
