Established in 1990 and celebrating our 35th birthday in 2025, Killarney Precision Engineering Ltd trading as O’Carroll Engineering employs over 160 skilled staff who combine traditional craftsmanship with advanced fabrication technologies in our 11,000-square-metre facility. Our capabilities encompass design development, 3D site survey, structural certification, 3D laser cutting, robotic welding, and a variety of finishes, enabling us to provide specialised solutions tailored to our client's needs.
Our unique digitised design-to-fabrication process integrates BIM and digital site information, ensuring accurate, high-volume fabrication that swiftly adapts to client environments. An ISO 9001-2015 accredited company, our highly qualified staff operate to the UKCA EN 1090 standards (up to EXC3) in a ‘lean manufacturing’ environment where quality and safety are the priorities. We have also been independently validated by Achilles BuildingConfidence in the UK and are members of the Irish Steel Association. OCE can offer full design & structural certification and carry the appropriate professional indemnity & product insurances.
