With over 50 years experience in the planning industry, O'Neill Associates Chartered Town Planning specialists, can provide you with expert support and advice.
Established in 1982, O’Neill Associates is a practice that represents a national client base and is involved in a range of projects across the UK. Our in-house team of experienced planners can provide support and advice on a variety of planning and development issues. This includes advising on development potential and taking development proposals through the planning process from inception to completion. We also offer strategic planning and transport advice and are involved in the promotion of major sites through the local plan process.
The Practice takes a comprehensive and creative approach to all projects and has a strong track record of achieving positive outcomes for clients.
The practice has been involved in numerous flagship projects. These include the construction of the new Rail Operating Centre at Engineers’ Triangle, the redevelopment of the city’s iconic chocolate factories of Rowntree and Terry, the expansion of both Universities, the surge of new hotels in the city centre and most recently, the proposed Roman Visitor Attraction on Rougier Street. We are very excited at the potential of being involved in other important projects.
