About Open Dialogue Foundation
The Open Dialogue Foundation (ODF) is a non-partisan, non-profit 501(c)(3) organisation that defends democracy, the rule of law, and human rights. ODF engages with policymakers to ensure the accountability of human rights violators. We support Ukraine by advocating for sanctions against Russia and its proxies and providing humanitarian aid.
ODF champions legislative reforms aimed at preventing and limiting so-called transnational financial repression. Through the Building True Change Coalition (BTC Coalition) - which we lead — we promote financial inclusion and defend privacy rights, recognising the essential role of Bitcoin and secure, encrypted communication tools in this effort. The BTC Coalition brings together civil and political activists, Bitcoin entrepreneurs, donors, and industry experts.
The Foundation maintains permanent offices in Warsaw, Brussels, Kyiv, and Miami. It was founded in 2009 by Ukrainian student and human rights defender Lyudmyla Kozlovska, who proudly serves as our President to this day.
