Since 1994, O’Donnell has developed and acquired approximately 13.6 million square feet, in 9 markets throughout Mexico, investing c.$850 MM, in joint ventures with AIG and Prudential and through its publicly listed fund (CKD), O’Donnell Capital Management (ODOCK18).
