⚖️ We are a Law Firm operating on the Slovene and international global market with many years‘ experience in providing high-quality and highly-professional legal services. When providing services we focus on practical and individually tailored solutions that contributes to maintaining the business excellence of our clients in their field of work.
💼 The founding partner, Lawyer Tomaž Čad, began providing independent advocacy in 1995, mainly in the field of Business and Commercial law. Over the years, the operation of the self-advocacy has grown into a recognised "boutique" Law Firm that provides legal assistance to its clients in the same areas of law as was our initial orientation. A specialised team of legal experts offers professional and up to date legal services, facing the new challenges required by the needs of contemporary legal transactions.
🌍 The law firm is a full member of associations that effectively connect corporate entities and individuals whose common goal is integration, the exchange of opinions and professional collaboration. We can highlight our firm‘s membership in IUSFUL (European Legal Network), AmCham Slovenia (American Chamber of Commerce in Slovenia) and the German-Slovene Chamber of Commerce and Industry - AHK, which represent exceptionally active associations with a major contribution to excellence in relations to international commercial relations.
