The Diagnostic Development Program drives the implementation of precision medicine through biomarker discovery and validation and the development of assays to guide personalized diagnosis and treatment. A key component of our mission is to extend support and expertise to the cancer research community offering our services to scientists across Ontario and beyond.

Our services
Diagnostic Development is a dynamic molecular pathology core with expertise in biospecimen intake and tracking, histopathological tissue processing, nucleic acid extractions from solid and liquid samples, immunohistochemistry, digital pathology, next generation sequencing, transcriptional profiling and spatial biology.

Comprised of skilled molecular research associates, technologists and computational scientists, we can support your clinical and research needs.
