Okinawa Leadership Seminar

Our three-day intensive training seminar and monthly professional development events empower both established and emerging leaders in the military spouse community across all services and ranks. Through education and mentorship, Okinawa Leadership Seminar provides an opportunity for spouses to develop and enhance skills in leadership, communication, team dynamics, conflict resolution, and goal setting. Graduates of Okinawa Leadership Seminar use the skills gained through our program to make positive and dynamic change through leadership within their local and military communities, as well as their personal and professional lives.
