Ombudsman of Financial Services

The Office of the Ombudsman of Financial Services resolves disputes between Consumers and non-bank Financial Services Providers that are licensed by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority relating to: savings and/or credit; retirement fund; insurance; investments/securities; and medical cover complaints. Our services are free, fair and accessible to all Consumers in Eswatini.
