Our industry is governed by regulatory compliance; and it's our ethical obligation to ensure we maintain a high standard of quality in spaces such as the Sector Education Training Authority (SETA), Quality Council for Trades & Occupations (QCTO) and Continuous Professional Development (CPD_ bodies.
