About On-Country Pathways

On-Country Pathways is an Indigenous owned and operated not for profit organisation based in the New South Wales/Victoria border community of Albury Wodonga.

We deliver employment and career pathway programs for 15 to 24-year-old Indigenous young people. Our programs are free for participants.

On-Country Pathways programs are about building individual knowledge, skills and attitudes that lead to employment. We partner with high schools, TAFEs, universities, businesses, local Aboriginal organisations and training organisations to offer:

Work experience
Job placement support
Driver-mentoring

all in a culturally safe environment.

Central to our programs is mentoring for our young participants and support for the businesses that host them.

If your business is interested in helping young Indigenous people find their pathway, we’d love to hear from you!
