ON-OFF Studio

ON-OFF Studio is a space for artistic creation and a cultural partner in dialogue with artists, creators, and a diverse public. ON-OFF Studio's work focuses on the creation and dissemination of visual art, as well as the transmission of skills. It is a driving force behind artistic projects, implementing them and ensuring their long-term integration into the city, espacially at Epinettes zone in Paris 17th, an area undergoing significant transformation through the Clichy-Batignolles urban development project. The concept of exchange and sharing is at the heart of the ON-OFF Studio space : BLANC TITANE, a non-profit organization (under the French Law of 1901), provides its associative structure, guaranteeing a collaborative dynamic among artists and a human-scale reach to bring the public closer to contemporary art forms, fostering professional exchanges and social connections. ON-OFF STUDIO is one of the ten local stakeholders on the Epinettes-Bessières Neighborhood Advisory Council, a key player in the 2021 Paris Participatory Budget. BLANC TITANE is a member of the Steering Committee of CICA – the Initiative and Consultation Committee for the 17th arrondissement of Paris.
