Who are we?
We’re just like you - We win business through RFPs and funding through Grants.
Except - We love RFPs, so you don’t have to. We are a team of business development, marketing, and proposal services experts who specialize in RFP-based growth strategies.
We are certified, published technical writers and editors. Our team members hold certifications from the Association of Proposal Management (APMP) and ACES The Society for Editing.
We use AI with a human touch – always with copyright and data protection in mind. Your proposals will sound like you and your brand – they won’t get lost in the crowd or flunk plagiarism or AI screening tools.
What makes us different?
Work with employees, not subcontractors. We're able to develop a rapport with you, as well as institutional knowledge. We also develop a rapport with our team and truly show them our appreciation with the stability of a regular paycheck and a competitive benefits package, including flexible time off. Finally, our Proposal Consultants show up. It’s their job.
We take cybersecurity seriously. Every team member works with Once Upon an RFP-owned laptop running Windows with 64-bit encryption – not their personal device. We require MFA across accounts and allow access to information on a business-need basis only. We have implemented and are continuously improving our program.
