OnlinePOS provides an integrated POS system that caters to all needs within the restaurant and café, bar and nightclub, and festival/events industries.
OnlinePOS is a cloud-based POS system with an associated BackOffice system that can be accessed through any device with internet access. This makes the system incredibly flexible, both in terms of the daily use of the cash register, as well as customization of items and prices, discount cards, management of personnel and gift cards, extraction of reports, statistics, inventory management, etc. If you have multiple businesses, all businesses can be consolidated into a centralized BackOffice, from which you can pull reports across businesses, as well as synchronize items and prices.
The BackOffice also allows you to pull multiple reports and statistics, such as advanced reports and sales per product, cashier, or hour. From the BackOffice, there is also the possibility of integration with the apps you already use, such as an accounting system, employee scheduling, and much more.
OnlinePOS is a subscription-based POS system, which means that instead of a larger one-time investment, you pay a smaller amount for hardware and installation costs, and then a monthly subscription fee. The subscription covers the use of the system, ongoing updates, as well as free 24-hour support 7 days a week.
