We’re a UK-based mental health and wellbeing platform designed specifically for the construction community.
Onward Shift is not an app or a corporate wellbeing add-on.
We are a movement built to provide real support for real people!

• A check-in buddy system for honest, human connection
This is a one stop hub tailored for construction.
In 2023 over 700 suicides were recorded in UK construction and in the last decade, over 7000.
That’s not just an issue, it’s a crisis!
And we’re here to be part of the solution through access, awareness and actual community.
