Operation Smile UK

Operation Smile is an international medical charity that provides free cleft lip and palate surgery to children in need. Through medical programmes staffed by volunteer surgeons, nurses, dentists and speech therapists, we help restore smiles and dignity to patients who might otherwise go untreated.

Operation Smile carries out hundreds of surgical programmes to help people with cleft lip and cleft palate. A donation of just £150 can provide a child born with a cleft condition with a life-changing operation.
