Opportunity Pulse is a non-profit organization founded in 2025 by Michael Onwuatuegwu and Stephen Bwete, united by their passion to empower Afro-diaspora communities in Germany and Europe. Michael brings extensive expertise as a tech entrepreneur and business development leader, currently CEO of OJIRA Soft UG, where he drives innovative digital solutions for migrants and entrepreneurs. His leadership in digital technology and community networking, including the development of the migration-focused social platform SetLinn, fuels Opportunity Pulse’s mission to unlock the potential of migrant talent already living in Germany.

Stephen Bwete complements this vision with his deep commitment to community empowerment and social integration, co-creating a platform that connects diaspora professionals with real opportunities to grow, thrive, and contribute meaningfully to German society.

Together, they lead Opportunity Pulse in delivering regular transformative events, educational programs, and scalable digital tools that build bridges between migrants, employers, and institutions. By fostering strategic partnerships and vibrant community networks, Opportunity Pulse addresses the unique challenges faced by diaspora communities, promoting inclusion, innovation, and sustainable growth.
