Orthostatical

Orthostatical is a family business, founded in 1990 by Mary and Vasilis Michailidis in Thessaloniki after a car accident that left Mary in a wheelchair. Today their daughters, Nancy and Nikoleta are the new CEO and CFO of Orthostatical and continue the vision and mission of the founders.

Orthostatical is specialized on providing rehabilitation solutions either in a home environment or in a healthcare facility such as nursing homes, rehabilitation centers and hospitals.
Orthostatical splits its solutions amongst a large range of mobilty solutions such as manual and power wheelchairs, stand up wheelchairs, scooters and power chairs, mobile lifts and transfer solutions, stairlift solutions, and high tech rehabilitation devices such as active/passive thera trainer, balance and standing and gait training with robotic devices.

Orthostatical owns three establishments one in Athens and two in Thessaloniki with a large showroom, service department and offices for the optimum service of the customers.

Orthostatical is the official dsitributor of top global brand names in the field of mobility and rehabilitation devices such as Medica (TheraTrainers), Sunrise Medical, Human Care , Vassilli, , Smart Chair, Sano, Handicare Stairlift, CTM scooters, Altec,Kvistberga, Schuchmann.

Our mission is to help people with mobility difficulties live an autonomous and independent life by providing modern mobility & rehabilitation solutions either in a home environment or in a rehabilitation facility!
