About Our Friends Place
Our Friends Place is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping young women and youth experiencing homelessness break the cycle of poverty and instability.
Since 1987, we’ve served the Dallas area by providing safe, stable housing and equipping young women (ages 18–24) with the life skills, education, and support they need to thrive as independent adults.
Through our Transitional Living Centers and weekly life skills workshops, we go beyond short-term shelter — we create long-term pathways to self-sufficiency and success.
Our Friends Place is a trusted partner to donors, volunteers, corporate sponsors, and community organizations working to empower the next generation.
