Outback Futures is a not-for-profit organisation offering a strategic and developmental approach to suicide prevention and shifting rural and remote mental health outcomes for the long term. It’s unique Community Facilitation Model is led by a combination of trusted bush and city personnel committed to a bush-informed agenda and a vision for renewing hope, building resilience and strengthening community in Outback Queensland. The primary components of this community facilitation model are: genuine community engagement; face to face multi-disciplinary clinics and ‘The stay With Me’ remote video-connect program offering consistent interim therapy services.
