Based in Cologne, Germany, outbox AG has been building and operating software-based solutions around the needs of telecom providers on their own NGN network for 20 years. We focus specifically on the inter-carrier, reseller and B2B business. The focus of our solutions is on scalable automation and user-friendliness.
The intensive focus on Voice-over-IP products in the wholesale area quickly made outbox AG a specialist in this field. Due to the continuous development of products and services, outbox AG also offers Voice-over-IP solutions for enterprises. The product range of outbox AG additionally includes the provision of phone numbers from all 5204 German area codes on its own porting code as well as service numbers and international phone numbers from more than 30 countries worldwide.
The white label solution used here is available as a hub for all voice market requirements. From carrier switching and porting to directory entry and TR emergency call 2.0, everything is mapped. The carrier-grade voice platform reliably transports billions of minutes per year and scales dynamically as customers grow: All wholesale products for the voice telephony solution come from a single source.
With the outbox Security Services product, oSecS for short, we were able to bundle the requirements from the TKG, the TTDSG and the TR TKÜV. The security-relevant components of inventory data interception (BDB), traffic data interception (VDB, VDS), judicial interception Lawful Interception (LI), automated interception procedure (AAV) can be used as a cloud solution. With the implementation of ETSI-ESB, it is now possible to communicate securely when receiving judicial orders and in exchanges with demand response agencies.
The product line, outbox Intelligent Services, oIS, complements our portfolio with new components in the area of Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) and Intelligent Networks (IN). It opens up new possibilities for API-based voice communication.
