Position

Were looking for a Product Growth Lead to build and scale the experimentation engine across both Upstix and Outra. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of product, marketing, data, and engineering. Youll be responsible for designing, running, and analysing experiments that drive activation, conversion, and engagement across all user journeys. Youll work closely with the Growth, Data Science, Ops and Tech teams to translate insights into high-impact tests. The Product Growth Lead is the owner of our growth roadmap, ensuring we run the right experiments, at the right speed, to unlock compounding revenue impact.

Requirements

Own the cross-brand experimentation strategy for Upstix and Outra.
Build and manage a growth backlog of hypotheses across acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention.
Partner with the Growth Engineer to implement and QA experiments at speed.
Run structured test cycles: define ship measure learn scale.
Translate learnings into scalable playbooks for repeatable impact.
Lead CRO across all funnels (homepage, valuation flow, onboarding, dashboards).
Identify UX friction points using both qualitative and quantitative data.
Build high-impact funnel experiments to improve conversion across both brands.
Work with design and creative partners to align messaging, UX, and experimentation
Define the activation model for each brand, from first touchpoint to meaningful action.
Partner with Lifecycle Lead to orchestrate cohesive multi-channel onboarding journeys (product + email + messaging).
Instrument product and behavioural events to identify drop-off and opportunity areas
Define success metrics and test KPIs across funnels and experiments.
Partner with Data Science and Growth Ops to build dashboards that track test performance and user behaviour.
Ensure experiments adhere to statistical rigor and produce reliable insights.
Build models to evaluate lift, significance, and prioritisation for future tests.
Build tight alignment with Product and Engineering on roadmap, data, and customer journey evolution.
Collaborate with Creative Lead to ensure experiments reflect user motivations, message-market fit, and creative insights.
Work closely with Lifecycle Lead to integrate product behaviour with triggered messaging.
Translate insights back into leadership-level growth strategy recommendations.
