Bottan ravintolat huokuvat historiaa, mutta katsovat eteenpäin: legendaarinen baari ja ruokaravintola Manala tarjoilee ruokaa ja juomaa lähes vuoden jokaisena päivänä, 50-vuotias St. Urho´s Pub eli ”Urkki” täyttyy harva se ilta oluen ystävistä, Botta Eventsin monipuolisissa kokous- ja tapahtumatiloissa järjestetään ikimuistoisia tilaisuuksia ja Dagmar Bistro & Wine Barissa nautitaan lempiruuista ja rönsyilevistä viineistä.

Ostrobotnia-rakennuksessa on ollut ravintolatoimintaa sen valmistumisesta lähtien vuodesta 1912. Oy Botta Ab vastannut vuodesta 1970 asti rakennuksen ravintoloista.
