We are a locally owned business specializing in architectural design, technical drafting services, quantity surveying, construction cost and value management, project management, and construction management.
Founded as a passion project by my partner and me, P&W Limited represents the culmination of 30 years of combined industry experience. My partner brings 19 years of expertise in Architectural and Industrial Design, Project Management, Property Evaluation, and Development Projects. I contribute 11 years of professional experience in Quantity Surveying, Procurement Management, Construction Cost and Value Management, and Contract Administration. Together, we offer a robust blend of skills and dedication to excellence.
Our mission is to foster collaborative partnerships among local businesses in the construction and infrastructure sectors. By working together, we aim to deliver high-quality projects that exceed client expectations while staying on schedule. Additionally, we are committed to enhancing industry standards by creating on-site training opportunities, focused on Project Quality Management and Compliance practices.
Despite being a new business entity, our attention to detail and technical expertise sets us apart, and we look forward to shaping a sustainable and successful future in the construction industry.
