About PA CareerLink® Lancaster County
The mission of PA CareerLink® of Lancaster County is to coordinate, develop, and maintain an effective and responsive system of programs and services that integrate the needs of employers for an ample and productive workforce with the needs of Lancaster County residents for meaningful work that enhances their quality of life.

- Access to computer resource center
- Work on interviewing skills and techniques
- Talk with a Career Navigator about your career goals
- Research various career options
- Skill assessment and interest inventories available
- Elevate your educational skills such as reading, writing, and math
- Study for and prepare for GED exam
- Apply for food stamps and child health programs
- Improve digital literacy
- Make the connection to a variety of partners such as Adult Education, Employers, Training Providers and community resources
