It was originally founded in 1997 by Paul and Nancy Phillips. It is now known as Pac/West Resources after Paul and Nancy sold the consulting business to Chris and Kristina West in 2024. The firm's services include government relations, campaign management, political consulting, strategic and crisis communications, branding and marketing, website development, digital media, issues management and association management. It is recognized as one of the top political public relations firms in the western United States.
