Originally based in China, we expanded our production footprint to Indonesia, Thailand, and India to strategically diversify and mitigate risks arising from U.S. anti-dumping and tariffs on Chinese paper bags. By relocating both our machinery and experienced workforce to these new locations, we have created additional production hubs, offering our U.S. clients more flexibility in choosing production sites. This expansion allows us to adjust production based on shipping costs and lead times, ensuring cost-effective solutions and faster delivery.
In addition, we are actively developing three more production bases in Uzbekistan, the UAE, and Malaysia. Suitable sites have already been secured, and we are fully prepared to install machinery and begin production within one month once tariff policies are finalized.
