We, at the Paper Centre (Papierzentrum) 🏡♻️🌳🌲 in Gernsbach in the German Black Forest 🌲🌲🌲 region, are service providers in the areas of training, personnel qualification and management consultancy for the German and Swiss paper and pulp industries.

As 1️⃣ campus with various state and industry institutions, we offer a wide variety of services among others in the following three areas:

👉🏼 Training and further #education of paper technologists and industrial foremen for paper production and processing at the Papermaking School - Educational Centre for Paper Technology (Papiermacherschule Gernsbach – Schulzentrum Papiertechnik) – a public vocational school / technical college

👉🏼 Cooperation partner of the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg – DHBW) Karlsruhe with the Bachelor of Engineering (Paper Technology) degree programme

👉🏼 Technical further education, management training and management consultancy through our Paper Training Academy (Bildungsakademie Papier | BIP).

👉🏼 Associated training centre of the professional association for raw materials and the chemical industry (Berufsgenossenschaft Rohstoffe und chemische Industrie) in the fields of occupational health and safety and prevention.

👉🏼 We fulfil as well our legal mandate as employers' and trade associations and are one of the headquarters of the association DIE PAPIERINDUSTRIE and the headquarters of the Baden-Wuerttemberg Paper Industries Association (BWP), the Rhineland-Palatinate Paper Industries Association (PRP) and the Hesse Paper and Board Industries Association (VPH).
