Parkway Capital provides flexible junior capital solutions to lower-middle market companies throughout the United States. Our team is focused on making mezzanine debt and minority equity investments of $3 million to $12 million per transaction to support companies with at least $10 million of revenue and at least $2 million of EBITDA. We invest in a broad range of industries including manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, business and industrial services, and healthcare.

Partnership is at the core of our investment approach. We collaborate with management teams, third-part financial sponsors and family/owner operators to identify and cultivate growth opportunities.
