We’re a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to creating equity by amplifying the voices of the Global Ethnic Majority (GEM) communities, driving diverse leadership, and building strategic partnerships that address barriers to representation and inclusion. We empower historically excluded GEM communities by creating leadership and representation opportunities. Through tailored services in education, employment, health, and volunteering, we provide guidance to tackle underrepresentation.

PEP (People Empowering People) began with a shared mission to break down barriers and empower Global Ethnic Majority (GEM) communities. Its founder, Hameeda Khan-Davey, drew on her personal experiences to shape this vision. Growing up as a second-generation British Pakistani, Hameeda witnessed first-hand the challenges faced by her community. Her passion for advocacy grew from a desire to create change for others.
