Perabeam Limited which commenced business as a subsidiary of UACN in 1931 was earlier known as Pan Electric Refrigeration and Air-conditioning whose cover business was marketing of assorted household office equipment.
In 2003 some private investors, who are majority shareholders, along with some employees of UACN bought the company and put in place a new management to reposition the company and put it on the path of sustainable growth and profitability. with a focus on airconditioning and allied business.
The new organization within a short period became reputed as a leading player in commercial and room air-conditio- ning sales, installation, services and hire. Perabeam is a partner of LG electronics Korea in Commercial Air- conditioning. We are building partnerships with reputable OEMs to deliver best of services to our clients across the country.
Today, we are positioned as a full-fledged building services provider incorporating electrical, plumbing, fire protection and building energy management services.
Perabeam Limited is a wholly Nigerian company managed by a team of profe- ssionals with world class exposure in technical and commercial operations.
